All I’ve ever bid on, the owners wanted it so cheap I couldn’t make any money. I don’t even go out on any service stations or truck stop leads anymore.
They usually want you to work overnight. Like bonefish said, the same or more money can be made during the day.
Did one. Hated it. But some people like overnights.

Don’t even think about unless you have hot water.

I do some local ones but only do the metal awning and store front. I charge $250 but it only takes about 1.5 hours. I do 3 in one night. I have a publix shopping center I do once a year at night. Honestly I like working those hours. Kinda of quite and peaceful other than the pressure washer lol

Personally I don’t want the headache of reclaiming the water so I don’t even offer that service.
