Its garage concrete and I was wondering what to charge… I have bid alot of jobs but this is a no win situation it’s been painted it’s for a car lot and they have driven in the same place over and over so tire marks are imbedded in the concert any thoughts
You’ll have to clean it with a surface cleaner with as much pressure as you got and see what’s left.A situation like this can’t be predicted,.So just tell the customer the job will have to go in phases .First phase = surface clean
