I have a gx390 and cat pump set up, bought it a little bit ago and just got the time to start messing with it. I have a video of one of the problems its having, seems like the throttle keeps moving around and making it rev up and down. Also doesnt seem to build up to the right amount of pressure, highest i seen it go to was about 2200 then it drops down, tried to adjust unloader but it wont budge. might need a new one but not sure which one i need.would love your guys help in getting my machine to run top notch! throttle probably needs a spring attached to it. The unloader…find the imprint on your old unloader and order it. Remember,youtube is loaded with engine repair videos/
Would you mind posting some pictures of your machine? It would be helpful to post pictures of the unloader and the throttle so we can look at it and give you some suggestions instead of us guessing at what’s going on. A video would be great too, if it’s a consistent problem.
