I am looking to remove my pressure washer motor and pump off of the cart it is currently on an bolt it to my trailer. I need space on my trailer for my new equipment and have to make a room. Could I use a quarter inch sheet of steel with holes drilled in it with the rubber feet and mount it that way? I am assuming a 2x12 cut to the right length would be a no go.
Yep, run a piece of one inch channel or similar around it to help with the flex and definitely rubber feet. Aluminum frames are about the worst things possible to mount a machine on. Vibrations are the death of a pump.

Would this work in powder coated steel? Do you happen to know if these holes will fit my engine? I tried contacting the company but they are slow to return my email.

Just get the powder coated steel, not the aluminum. I don’t know if the holes line up or not. Either way you will have to drill out for the pump and belt guard. It’s thin metal but it’s better than aluminum.
