I have an 8 GPM 3000 psi hydrotek with AR pump. I wouldn’t call it cavitating but it surges a lot almost kinda like a machine gun shooting and there is a lot of vibration in the hose. I have checked for air leaks and haven’t found anything yet I was wondering if it could be something with the pump or if it is time to rebuild pump. The motor seems to be running fine and the GPM seems to be right but it just has the surge like it cuts in and out don’t really know of another way to explain it. Wasn’t sure if anyone else have had this problem. Has around 900 hours on pump and motor
start with the unloader
When I had that issue it was a leak, but a barely noticeable leak. They didn’t seal it quite good from the factory. Also, this happens when I don’t bleed the lines before using the machine. Other than that, I don’t know.
