Help me please with some chemical ratios

New here guys and need some help. In the middle Georgia area. Been cleaning decks and fences and staining for close to 12 years now and considered myself pretty good but feel like I’m in new water. I ran this company out of Woodstock GA (suburb of ATL) and had access to chemicals premade, knew ratios etc. I used sodium hydroxide and oxalic acid. Where I am now I haven’t had the resources I did in the city areas so I had to improvise. Some SH but mostly finding caustic in a different form. Now I’m realizing I have access to Hydroxide but it’s in a 5 galling jug and is 50%. I need it for two things. Stripping old stain and just cleaning gray old ones. Also using precarbonate. I’ve been doing this for a little while but still VERY open to learn and be corrected. My big question is if I get this sh at 50% what ratios do I use? On previously stained decks? Concrete? Give me some good ideas please.
