Have a question about water reclamation

I’m looking to expand my current business by setting up a mobile unit to washout refeers at a local chicken plant. Price is $35 per unit, about 5 minutes or less cleaning time, but have to recapture all of the water, pallet pieces and occasional chicken part.
Do any of you guys do something similar?

I already do this type of washout at a fixed location where I clean Oilfield equipment. The only difference is the water reclamation at a mobile site. My thought is to turn one of my totes into a wet vac. with a “gutter” that can be attached to the back of the trailer by magnet or clamps for catching the water, then a drain/vacuum hose back to the trailer. The wash unit would be stationary at the location with the trucks pulling up to the “service area” . My initial estimates are that 1 hand could clean 30 units per day, and after overhead, I would net around $750 per day, 7 days p/w. The work is steady with a known number of units per day.

I’d pass on it
