Electric Craftsman 58075031 with no pressure?

Hello everyone, My name is Matt I recently purchased a craftsman electric pressure washer and I’ve owned it for 95 days and today I went out to use it for the first time, found it it has no pressure. I had this same model before and it lost pressure to. I can’t return this one because the receipt is only good for 90 days and I “attempted to use it” they say at my local craftsman dealer. Nothing bad against them I’m sure it’s company policy. with my old and my new they both leak at the bottom of the pressure washer. I have no way of tearing into them because both of them seem to have stripped screws or are failing to remove. So I guess my question is, how do I get into this pressure washer? drill out the screws or what? I want to find out why it’s not working.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Sounds like you need to change brands of pressure washers. That said, the way into the machine is to get a tap set, drill out the screw and back it out with the tap. Lowes and Home Depot keep them in stock.
