I know JW excludes , fleet washing, and hood cleaning. Do they include roof washing?
Doubt it. They have a height limit on what they cover you for. I can’t remember the exact height, but it’s not very tall. It would have completely eliminated all the commercial dryvit cleaning that we do. They may cover you on the houses under a couple stories, but eventually you’ll want to move to the bigger neighborhoods anyway. Unless you become the 2 story and below roof cleaning specialist for your area or cleaning roofs only halfway up specialist.
They told me no higher than 3 stories, I just wondering if that covers roofs
