How do the rest of you price your decks? Stripping,Cleaning price, and how are you pricing Staining handrails, spindles, flatwork, steps, first or second floor, what if they want the underside done. Just a few responses, per sq ft prices for each would be nice. Thank you in advance, I understand it varies and some price per hour.
