Seems like all of my customers houses have something like this.
Not a pressure washer. Just curious what is going on here in the pictures with the concrete? Some sort of oxidation? Or damage from sun or sprinklers?
What is the TDS in the area?

Where when they were finishing the concrete, probably added water to help flow it and it didn’t get worked in on final finish on a hot day. Sometimes the mixes are slightly different. Also if the contractor added calcium chloride to it to speed up setting can cause. Lots of causes, not uncommon to see.
