I just got a possible apartment complex. How would you go about cleaning the brick on the second story? Do I need a ladder? Would an 19’’ extension wand work? How do I get those really high chimneys? 
As I just learned, a roof wash setup would be best.
I seen roof snot, would you think this would work well for the ash run off from the vinyl as well as the mold?
I am worried that I will not be able to get the ash from the ground.
Use a roof strength mix, Increase dwell time, may require second treatment…it will come off…no ladder required
