I am moving on to bigger and better things and need to sell everything. Included is training on all equipment and business operations if you need it. Those of you who know me, know I love to talk shop and I’m only a phone call away.

Below is the big stuff, I didn’t list all the small stuff because the list would be too long. 18k takes it all

  • 2004 E-350 super duty 15’ box truck
  • 8 gpm machine
  • 6 gpm
  • 9 gal air tank for roof cleaning pump
  • 250 gal water tank
  • Multiple drums ranging in size from 25 gal to 55 gal
  • Cleaning solutions for roof and siding
  • 800’+ high pressure hose
  • 600’+ low pressure hose
  • 300’ Kuri-tek roof cleaning hose
  • 3 surface cleaners (big guy, classic and 16"er)
  • 3 ladders (17’ little giant, 28’ extension, 24’ warner little giant style)
  • Pure water system for solar panel cleaning add-on services (tanks, water fed poles, brushes)
  • All tools related to maintenance of equipment
  • Spare parts (“o” rings, couplings, tips, guns, lances, etc…)
  • Too many other items to list

Local guys might be interested in

  • Customer list for both residential and condo/community managers. This can be divided into two separate lists to meet the buyers needs

Are you willing to split any of the equipment up, or would you prefer to sell it as a package deal?

Tacoma is part of the 18k? Tacoma by itself is worth 18k.
