Hi Guys,
I got a great opportunity to bid on 19 Public Storage Locations. The gutters have not been cleaned in years and have much debris in them. It was a long process with at least 1k in added expenses to even get into their contractor system. How much would you guys bid per linear foot of gutter? I typically charge $1 per foot. Anyone have experience in bidding commercial jobs like this?
