Hi guys. I recently bought a turbo nozzle for my 3500psi 3.0 gpm hot water pressure washer and I loved the way it cleaned. I’m a kitchen exhaust cleaner and sometimes its very necessary for those jobs as the grease can be near impossible to remove. The one I purchased from online, forgot the brand, but I played 60$ for it and it stopped spinning and started to leak from the seams after maybe about 30 hours of use. I made sure it was the correct psi and temperature so not sure? What’s a good turbo nozzle for long term commercial use, not just a few jobs.
All are about the same. Always have it pointed down before you pull the trigger. Rebuild once then toss it.
Ok thanks. So is that use I got out of my old one for 30 hours about normal for one? And why point it down before spraying? Maybe I didn’t do that so it may have caused it to fail .
You point it down so the ball does not slam into the front of the nozzle.
Yamaha ACC 31048 00 13 Turbo Nozzle purchased from Amazon for 65.95. Totally blows out the others I’ve used in the past. It has a muchlonger life and seems to be more powerful. I use it 4+ times a week for almost 6 months before i need to replace or rebuild. Hot water may kill it faster, but not 100% on that. I clean kitchen exhaust filters and other miscellaneous parts with it with great success. Always start it pointing down. This is a drawback as it will be hard if not impossible to clean a exhaust hood because of this if you dont want to prematurely kill it. Good luck!
