If a roof cleaner needs a waiver, it might be time to go back to roof cleaner school.

Our proposals have a liability statement in them especially for those without gutters however we water everything cover stuff but not with plastic because plastic is like a magnifying glass. Our formula is a proprietary secret.

We do regular power washing and have not had any issues with killing landscaping. With the increase in hotness with the chemicals for roof washing I’m told the risk of damage is much higher. I understand that we need to water, water, & water some more. Was just wondering if those of you that have been doing this for a while feel it necessary for a waiver or not?

Sorry - Meant Soft Wash- not power wash.

I think I would lose 9 1/2 out of every 10 jobs I bid, if I even mentioned a waiver? No need, if you go overboard with tarps and water-water-water!
