I’m a freak. I took a year off a while back. A buddy asked what I thought I could bench after a full year without the gym. I said 350. When I showed up later that day he had 350 on the bar and a shit eating grin on his face. Walked in cold. Straight in the door. Laid down and cleanly pushed 350. Got up and walked out. I was done for the day. I know it was stupid of me. No warm up at all. Very risky.
