Can any body explain to me what may be causing this? Tried straight 12.5, degreaser and scrub brush, and turbo tip with no luck. Homeowner has no idea what the cause is, but she told me it continues to get larger overtime.
Do those pavers have a clear coat sealant over them?
I have seen it before, where a stain appears under the sealant as it delaminates. Can be caused by many things… but the main problem is that cleaning above the sealant will never remove the stains.
You need to remove the sealant, clean it and re apply.

Looks like a mineral stain to me. I would try F9 efflo. Send a picture to Craig and he will be able to help
