5.6 gpm vs 4.0 gpm

Hey looking at getting a new pressure washer for washing houses, driveways, sidewalks and maybe some small business … what should I go with!!!
Option 1:
5.6 gpm 2500 psi unit…
Option 2:
4.0 gpm 4200 psi unit…
What do you guys think ?? I am new to the pressure washing business

Go 4 the 5.6 gpm.

What about all the talk about cu ( cleaning units ) the 4 gpm 4200 psi is 16800 cu vs the 5.6 gpm at 2500 psi is 14000 cu???
how would the 2500 psi pair with a surface cleaning? Would it be enough psi For lets say 100 foot of hose or maybe even 150 foot hose

Cleaning units is BS!
A 5.6 @2500 will run a surface cleaner fine. Buy the whisper classic and you’ll be golden.

I was going to go with a 20 inch whirl a way surface cleaner … any input with that unit

Yeah: “Buy the Whisper Wash Classic and you’ll be golden”

That’s all the input you need.

Seriously, just search “best surface cleaner” and “Classic” here, at TGS, and PTState, and you’ll see why he said that…everything else pales in comparison.

Powerwashstore.com is running a sale on them right now for $560. Only sc I’ve ever used. Great piece of equipment!

I prefer the 4 nozzle model.
