Thanks for the input guys! I’ll have to think over my pricing again tomorrow. I was thinking maybe I was a little high. This would be a nice late season job for us since there are a few of these buildings.
The back side of the building does have divided balconies. I figure we can access them via ladder for levels 2 and 3. The PM says we can go through the rooms to access the 4th level. So I did factor in some PITA factor there.
Do you guys stay linear with your pricing as you go up in stories? Say you are at $.10/SF for 1-story. Are you 4X for 4-stories, or are you less considering there is is less moving around? Like maybe 3X?
