Have you wiped your finger on any of the siding to see if it’s oxidized? That’s my first guess based on the pics and the fact you said you washed it three times. Did you decreases your SH each time you washed it?
It is not oxidized or at least nothing came off on my hand. I have never had this problem. I am wondering if there was a problem before I washed and just couldn’t see it. Interesting she said her father n law attempted to wash it a year ago. If I did something wrong, why is the entire house is not like this?
You show a close up of the white part, do you have a broader pic showing where the white is?, like from 20’ away?
I saw those already, where is the white on the larger pic - draw arrow. It all looks the same
Pro tip from a painter…Match the color and paint that side with flat exterior acrylic house paint. You’ll avoid messy legal problems and probably gain a happy customer!!
