What did I do wrong

I think the typical percentage hitting the surface for a house mix is recommended to be .75 to 1%. You can do all sorts of tests and math to arrive at that number, but there are so many variables involved, most people just go by how long it takes the green to disappear. 5 minutes is more or less what most people shoot for.

P.S. You know that if you downstream, you can switch between water and chemical at the gun, right?

Come on,
Social proof is not needed.
I can handle you on my own just fine.
What you are doing is putting all of your insecurities all over the web so everyone can see.
You are too afraid to try anything on your own.
You are obviously an insecure person who has trouble stepping out on their own.
I apologize if Iā€™m trying to get you to do something you are uncomfortable with.
Because you know, this world is all about making people feel comfortable, right?

When my dog wants attention it shits on the floor.

Sooooooo guys, back to the original topic lol. The grass ended up coming back just as it was discussed earlier in the thread. Sure enough it took about a month but it came back. Customer really appreciated the continuous follow up. So @awesomewash1 I suggest if you ever mess up because youā€™re strugging with mix ratios, that you make up with customer service skills which you hopefully have.

I think thatā€™s a big piece of any business! Iā€™m a car salesman full-time. Customer service and follow up is what sets you apart. Selling is selling. I know itā€™s not the point of this whole topic, but I do want to point out itā€™s importance. I have a few regulars now that keep calling me to do more work because I built relationships. Btw, awesome the customer ended up happy in the end. Way to follow up on it!

@SPC thanks! Lesson learned, always warn the customer just in case. Hopefully if somebody isnā€™t already doing it, they will read this and start to!

Thank you @BTBPropertyService, that was all I really wanted to know. I was just doing a follow up with you and got sidetracked with a troll. Glad to hear everything turned out OK. (GEEZ)

Youā€™re so tired after washing because you arenā€™t letting the Chems do the work. Youā€™re cheating out and itā€™s costing you in time. Which shouldnā€™t be cheap

This is some very should advice, I am going to get customized greeting cards to mail to the customers asking to like us on Facebook share our website and then a quick blurb about referral program.

This is what I have been doing. I am considering about downstrreaming right after the pump instead of carrying around a jug. It seems like the best route now that I think about it.

Tired from washing 4 houses a day, driving around and kids. I have a family you know. They are important too.

My customer service skills are top notch. I used to hold meetings for stake holders in multi national corporations and convince them of various things. I was also their point of contact when things went wrong. Stressful.

Iā€™m going from a white collar job to blue collar work with no experience in anything related to this but sales, marketing, and customer service. You sound ignorant.

Hang on I gotta get my boots.
