I agree with one of the reply above. Contact paypal. It is just like having a credit card, you can dispute the charge. I hate that that happen. It is amazing. You try to run you business. You put your whole into it. You blow off family sometimes. Point is you work hard for your money and someone just thinks they can take it for no services rendered.
