I thought lizards loved heat… what’s the issue? 
No working relationships, no discernment, last second, very demanding, entitled, lazy, I don’t work FOR them, but it sure feels like they try to make it so haha…I could go on 
i don’t bank on realtors either.
Huh? Realtors a great source of leads for us. Just got one yesterday, house getting ready to go on market and realtor told them to call us.

same here… and they usually have multiple properties of their own, and pay to have them cleaned.

Ditto, the good ones realize they can use us so they make more money. I have one agent that has occasionally payed me out of his pocket to clean a house, saves him time and aggravation. Some home buyers can’t see through the dirt and walk, waisting the realtors time.

I would like to work for more realtors, but the problem we have is they always wait til the very last minute to call us. March - November we’re typically booked out 2-6 weeks minimum.

I’d like to get in with some realtors, the only ones I personally know are just starting out and are still trying to navigate everything.
Ive never had that experience. I’m sure it’s different all over, but I’m not really looking to pursue realtors like I did in the past. Wasn’t worth it to me.
I always tell them I can take Schrute bucks, but really prefer Stanley nickels. But you have to check the current exchange rate to ensure you aren’t getting hosed.
