New Trailer

I have the square tube…flat on top and sides… and it is great. No problem mounting anything to it.

Yes, but what bothers me is the fact that they dont own their mistake and I like tubular.
I know that angle iron is more convinient but i like tubular.
They are going to put 2 more angle rails going across at the fenders end
Its rated 7000lb, but i will tow no more than 1500lb

Hell the trailer weighs more than 1500lbs. Seriously, that’s a lot of trailer for that little weight. What’d you get it for then?

X 2

Yeah, why buy it?

X3. Me too

Lots of baggage

My equipment weights about 1500lb total, without water and chemicals
The trailer i had was rated 3500lb
I needed more space, like we all do…lol, and wanted to err on the safe side.

…i guess…because i could?..

This is Red Hot Welding. The manufacturer of the trailer. I am going to correct a few things this customer has said. First of all, it has not been 12 weeks. He ordered it on 9/5/17. He was notified on 11/14/17 the trailer was ready. Part of the delay was because the drawing he brought us, had inaccurate measurements. We had to stop the build to inquire about his measurements. He then indicated what he wrote down was wrong. He told me originally he wanted a tubular top railing & I explained there was an extra charge for it. He then said make it angle. When he came to pick the trailer he states he wanted an angle ladder rack but still wanted the tubular top railing. The tubular railing was not on the order form. He was given a copy of the order form. There was no extra charge on the order form for the tubular railing. We have a drawing of the ladder rack & it should have had 3 uprights not 2. We have fully agreed to add the third . He states there was to be 4 originally, that is incorrect. I have the drawing. It should have been 3 not 4. We have even agreed to add the extra upright for free. We are trying to rectify the situation. I told him I would be happy to try & sell the trailer for him if he did not want it. He declined that offer. We take pride in our trailers. I just want our side of the story out there. I appreciate our former customers bringing this post to our attention. Thank You!!

Is there any real benefit to having a tubular top rail on a trailer?

No. Especially because of the ladder rack being on there. It is extremely strong. No reason for tubular railing.

Thanks. That is a nice looking trailer. I would probably be talking to you about building one for me if I weren’t 600 miles away.

THANK YOU!! We would be happy to help. Too bad you are so far away. We have built a lot of pressure washing trailers.

Like i said its well built, they were recommended, and I always wanted a trailer by them.
When I was looking around for my first trailer, they were the first ones I went to, I wanted custom built but could not wait because of a contract i had with a feet wash.
I am just dissapointed.
But I am keeping it.
Next one will be tubular
But it will be ready by monday

Well spoken Amy. The @Ikii character has a proclivity towards the untruth. Glad to see you here.

He does…but he is undeterred by being called out.

He just keeps right on with the story.
