I’ll find a good middle man lending company and I could give you some advice on possibly some coaching. I would feel more comfortable taking an increase in apr or a flat rate additional for x amout of coaching and possibly some marketing material / content.
Ironically this is nearly true… I can’t say I dont come from an affluent family.

Why is this a bad thing? I don’t understand why people hate those who have financial backing. I have worked hard and started this business from a tiny investment. I never took loans from my family and paid for my own college. I worked my ■■■ off in minimum wage jobs like any other teenager. I have only used connections a few times in my life. I built the other connections…

How about I get the leads and you give me half the gross revenue and you pay expenses?

You think a 10% cut is fair?
Why should i think otherwise? What investment do you have on my business that you think you should obtain more? That 10% is straight commission. All you need to do is make a few calls and get me in front of man with our paycheck 
10% is no where near what I would need to invest my time. It’s end of the season and if I get you 10 leads that sell for 300 each I only get $300.
Why wouldn’t I just sub them out for 50% to a company that wants some extra money and is looking to fill the calendar?
More power to you if you find a business willing to do that. 50% is gunpoint robbery
