Does anyone use a foamer

For the record …been doing this 13 years. I’ve already seen and felt it all in the last 13 years. Every scenario that could come my way, i’ve seen and felt it.There’s only one difference between me and these other veterans .They believe in using additives to their SH and I don’t . This is the U.S. Please accept the difference in opinion.

I’ve done it each way bud, bleach and water, bleach and dawn, bleach and gain, bleach and elemonator…there are significant noticeable better results when using elemonator. Period! That’s all anyone here is trying to explain to you.

Where are the stats on the mistakes using Elemonator ? Does anyone track these stats ? Are there any horror stories using this product ?

only ignorance on the part of those too blind to see

TTM, I’ve been an IT guy for 23 years, I STILL look for ways to do my job better or more efficiently. One who stops trying to learn, falls behind the rest…

I have a horror story:

I once spilled about an ounce of undiluted Elemonator on someone’s driveway. I had to rinse it for like 3 minutes…It was horrible!

Seriously though, the only time people have any trouble is if they let their mix dry on the surface or if they don’t rinse properly. But then all they have to do is reapply some mix and rinse it again. It would really benefit you to search it on here (or ANY other PW forum) and learn more about it. It’s just soap, really, REALLY, good soap. Nothing to be afraid of.

Dawn is soap. Gain is soap. Who wants to rinse all day ? Who wants to be called back out to rinse soapy windows that leaked after you left ? See where my philosophy is.? I don’t push it off on you-I’m basically defending myself.

Elemonator all the way! Not only are you using a professional contractor grade product, 5 ounces cost nothing in the grand scheme of things. It helps the sheeting action on windows, and also helps boost your bleach and that in itself is a cost saver.

Booost your bleach huh? ( LOL )…12.5% bleach will always be 12.5% bleach… ( lol )…

–read this.–> Is Bleach an Acid or an Alkali?

The alkaline is high enough. The alkaline level of bleach is an astounding 13, only one level below liquid drain cleaner, which is the most alkaline substance. Now why do you want to tinker with that ? The main reason I don’t use it.
You can go ahead and use it. I prefer to stay out of trouble.

12.5 will not always be 12.5 that is some of the stupid stuff that makes no one want to listen to you. Bleach degrades with time and UV. It can also be boosted with additives.

Everyone knows bleach degrades with time or UV–, but can you prove to me that you can increase the strength of it ? And my point is where do you know where you’ll be when washing a house and what the possible damaging results will be after tinkering with your mix. Why not just leave it alone. You never did address this issue —did you–? Mr. Fireman .

“The alkaline level of bleach is an astounding 13, only one level below liquid drain cleaner, which is the most alkaline substance.”

Everyone did not know that bleach degrades. Not more than 30 minutes ago you stated that 12.5 will always be 12.5. You just learned something from this site. I didn’t address an issue as there is none to address. 12.5 degrades. If you want a product that will boost it, speed up rinsing and keep spots from windows use elemanotor or a similar product. If you only wash one a house a week and don’t care if they come completely clean or if you get the stains off , spray some bleach on it and hope for the best.

By the way. You can just call me William. No need for the Mr stuff. I’m really glad that you are learning some stuff here. It will only help you in the long run.

Yes sir Mr. Fireman.I understand now. Hope you have a good insurance policy.

Guys I guess y’all were right. He is just a troll. I honestly thought he could learn from the professional contractors here. I don’t think he is actually a contractor. Just a teenager or someone trying to cause grief.

Why do you guys think there’s only 1 way to do something ? Everyone must follow a certain method ?

No trade is like that. What happened to the original topic ?. Using FOAM to clean a house ? I’m supposed to jump on that band wagon too ?

Not one single person here has even come close to suggesting that there is only one to do something with the exception of you. You are posting in a thread where someone brought up the idea of foaming a house. That is a different way to do something. Unfortunately you have derailed the original posters comments with all of your foolishness. Anyway you could just go away before you actually get one of these guys in trouble with your babblings. Someone just coming to this board may actually think you are a contactor and follow some of your advice without realizing you are just trying to screw with people.

No, the original post was by a guy who THOUGHT he should use a foamer on a house. He was given good advice, he listened, and he’s now better prepared.

YOU turned this into a ridiculous rant about why no one should do anything new.
