It’s mind blowing you can turn up 19k a week worth of business. I’m less than a year in business full time and I struggle to find enough jobs to stay afloat. What all services do you offer if you don’t mind me asking.
I spent years knocking doors and hustling for work. There are guys out there that do a lot more work than I do now. It is more of what I don’t do. I don’t do driveways, sidewalks, roofs, brick, windows, any siding except vinyl and hardiplank, no dark green, blue, red or brown siding, fleets and very few houses. Weed out the stuff that is a headache and stick with the easy work.
Lol that weeds out everything I’m busting my ass daily to find. What else is there? Do you strictly do commercial property like parking garages or what?
